Welcome to Badass Man. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website badassman.com (the "Site") and the Badass Man mobile application (the "App"). The Site and App are owned and operated by Badass Man ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing the Site or by downloading, installing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and use the App. You are responsible for providing accurate and current account information. You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. License to Use Our Services

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our Site and App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms.

All content, features, and functionality, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, and software ("Our Content"), are the exclusive property of Badass Man and its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from Our Content without our express prior written consent.

3. User Content

The App allows you to create and store content, such as diary entries and responses to exercises ("User Content"). You retain full ownership of your User Content. We do not claim any ownership rights over it. Your User Content is stored securely and is not viewed by us unless required for technical support or as mandated by law.

You agree not to submit any User Content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.

4. In-App Purchases

The App may offer features or content for purchase ("In-App Purchases"). Your purchase of the "Full Course Unlock" is a one-time, non-consumable purchase that grants you lifetime access to the designated course modules.

All In-App Purchases are processed through the platform on which you downloaded the App (e.g., the Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Such purchases are subject to the terms and conditions of that platform. All billing and refund inquiries must be directed to the respective platform provider.

5. Health and Wellbeing Disclaimer

Our services provide information related to mental wellbeing, personal development, and emotional resilience. This content is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not, and is not intended as, a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical or mental health condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read on the Site or used in the App. We do not guarantee any specific results from using our services. Your use of any information provided is solely at your own risk.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use our services to:

• Infringe on our intellectual property rights or the rights of others.

• Upload or transmit any malware, viruses, or harmful code.

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the functionality or security of the App.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. You may delete your account and stop using our services at any time.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Badass Man, its affiliates, and its licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide you with notice through the App or by other means. Your continued use of our services after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
